🐟This is Cosimo, he is a travelling fishmonger, who brings fresh fish from the sea to your front door. (I have a few short videos and can’t get them to play on here! If I sort it out I will post them later or maybe on Instagram-My Story.)
This morning he had clams, mussels, sardines, giant calamari and small ones, and lorata, which is what we call ‘pesce azzuro,’ which translates meaning’blue fish,’ from the Tyranian sea, that surrounds us.
We bought ‘lorata’ and it was delicious. The fish was caught at 4 o’clock this morning, from the sea, and brought to you by Cosimo. Extremely fresh, and exquisitely tasty 😋
